I'm on VLCD5 and was just wondering if my losses are normal they were up and down 3/16 - 3/19 . I did notice that when I ate mustard on wednesday I didn't lose much so I'm going to cut that out. I found yerbamate last night so I tried to drink a cup before bed, I had about 3 large sips and could not stomach it so I dumped it.
Also, I'm not a fan of coffee or tea whatsoever. Anyone have any suggestions on how I might manage to get at the very least tea down, looks like alot of you have have great losses and its seems filling. I've been drinking only water everyday except for last night. Thanks!
That's 4.4lbs in 4 vlcd days. That's great! I also got the Yerba Mate tea and it did not cause me to lose. I have concerns about it because it has sugars in it, natural yes, but sugars never the less.
The only thing I can suggest about getting tea down if you don't like it is to add some stevia to it. Sometimes I get lemon tea and add it to othet types for flavor.
I basically only drink water but I do have tea in the evening so I can take the calm magnesium to keep constipation at bay. I use a night time tea and it helps me relax before bed.
