My gym owner told me to start taking both of these after my round of hcg to help with even more fat burning, any opinions? They are both made of all natural ingredients, no chemicals whatsoever...
I was taking CLA when I was NOT doing hCG, a few years ago when I was working out and mega-dieting. It really works WITH a VLCD and exercise. I don't know if you're supposed to take it with hCG because all it is is safflower oil. That's the only ingredient. It actually burns fat below the waist. I noticed it didn't help at all with fat above the waist, however. hCG works for fat burning above the waist, though!
CLA really works, like I said, with VLCD and exercise. I have a huge leftover bottle of it in my cupboard. I'm going hCG rouge starting Monday, so I think I'll just go ahead and add that CLA in.
I just started taking Mega Green Tea Fat Burner Pills, but not consistently. I haven't noticed it burning much fat yet, but it has given me MUCH more energy!
I am in p3 so the safflower oil isnt a big deal so maybe I will try them. Only on day 2 of P3 so maybe I will try them next week and see what happens. thanks for the answers!
I work at a health nutrition store. The reason most people like CLA is because it is a natural fatty acid that breaks down fat deposits in the body. Whenever I get returns it is because they used it for 2-3weeks without seeing any results. The biggest thing about CLA is that it needs to build in the system. This can take anywhere from 1-2 months...Most people do not understand thing and lack the patience though =)

Ameeko21, that's good to know. I didn't know it has to build in the system.
So tell me this, please, if you know: Safflower oil, is that one of the "bad" oils or is it okay on P2 or not? I don't know anything about fatty acids, etc., and the difference, but have heard it mentioned that safflower oil may be okay because it's -- well, for some reason??? LOL!
