    Well I thought I would share this with all of you, I am on R1 VLCD D2. It is about 3pm and I about 10 minutes ago I had the worst hunger pains and the WORST headache ever! I ate lunch at about 11:30 but like I said, I am only on day 2 and still get hungry easily!

    I bought 2 bottles of the 30 lifecaps, and I usually take one in the morning to help with my blood sugar (borderline diabetic).

    ANYWHO, I just took one about 10 minutes ago, and my headache LITERALLY went away, and my stomache stopped growling. Go LifeCaps! lol!

    I should star in a commerical for them...heh

    I tried LifeCaps before I started HCG. It did NOTHING. I was starving in spite of it.

    It may work with when taking HCG and combined with a VLCD. But on it's own, it did nothing to curb my appetite.

    When I'm on HCG, sometimes just drinking a glass of water takes the edge off. If I was investing money it would go towards HCG and not lifecaps.

    I tried LifeCaps with the HCG diet and I was very impressed with my results. Enough that all my friends who went on HCG are using the LifeCaps too. It definitely reduced my hunger pains but I think the thing I liked the most was the fact I was able to take it as a vitamin too. Even though he HCG diet is so low in calories, the pills can be taken without food, i didn't get nauseated or had an upset stomach. I lost an average of 2 pounds per day using both together.

    hmmm very interesting.. Okay I'll bite.. Whats your stats? what round are you on? I am interested in anything that will help me or my daughter.. Post your stats, Start weight, rounds, current weight. can I get Life caps at Whole foods?

    You know when something is too good to be tru.. it usually is too good to be tru.
    If I took life caps with my HCG I would already be at Goal.....
    40 pounds in 40days = 80 pounds round one
    21 pounds in 21 days= 42 pounds round 2.. thats 122 pounds
    286 minus 122= 164 pounds... OMG I would be at goal already.. What am I waiting for? where have these life caps been all my life. VETERANS PLEASE STOP ME!!! LADYSMART HELP ME!! You know where I am going next..
