i know this has probably been addressed but im still not sure what the actual protocol for this is...
i am in p3 right now, but i am going to start another round april 16(which will be 6 weeks since p2). my 21rst day of p3 is march 29. so on march 30th, do i go on to p4 or do i need to just stay on p3(no starches/sugars) until i start my load days for p2 again? also, has anyone started p2 again before the 6 weeks are up? im anxious to start loosing more weight....
any help will be greatly appreciated. thanks everyone....oh and also wayy off the subject but i saw that some recipes on here that people have posted for p3 have baking powder in them, (like the one min muffin recipe, which sounds sooo good). so i ought some baking powder, but havent used it because it says it has corn starch in it.
has anyone tried these recipes or anything with baking powder in it on p3 and not gained?? thanks

Yes on March 30th you go to P4 where you will slowly add back starches and sugars, You will have to watch the scale closely again to see what causes you to gain and what works okay.

I started p2 again after 4 weeks between round 1 and 2 and regret it. I was miserable almost the whole round and just wanted to eat, not because I was hungry but because I just couldn't stand the foods. As anxious as I was to lose some more I feel that it was just too soon for my body. I lost well but I don't think it's a good idea. This is for the long haul and it will work best if you wait at least 6 weeks.

I would not use corn starch in P3. No, No.
    Thankful People: mslayla

How many rounds do you have to do? I lost about the same in the second round as I did in the first, maybe a bit more. I understand, I felt the same way. It was like this is just too good to be true and I was afraid if I waited it wouldn't work again. But it did and it does.

im not sure....i might just do one more...my goal is actually to loose at least another 15-18lbs,(really 20 would be amazin but i dont think that is going to happen...) but i only lost 14.5 on the first round, which was a 40day round. this round im only gonna do a 23 day round, so im thinkn i might just loose 10...i hope at least 10. what do you think? is that possible since i only have about 18 lbs left to loose?

I have a friend who just finished her first and last round, it was 28 days long. She needed to lose 20lbs and lost 15, it's obvious to me that she didn't need to lose any more. Some people lose faster than others so there really isn't any way of telling.

I started out needing to lose over 100lbs so I would expect my second round to be as good as my first. Because you don't have that much to lose you may or may not do as well in the next round as the first. I think you could lose 10lbs in a short round but..... and you're not going to like this..... I would for sure wait the 6 weeks if I wanted to lose to may goal. :~)

I know this is no help. I don't like long rounds.

I am interested in knowing if you lost the majority of it in the first half or if it was pretty even.

yeah i lost most right at first, the first couple weeks....then kind of a plateau, bouncing back and forth within a couple lbs in the middle and then about 3lbs the last week.....yeah the long round was kinda hard...i think maybe i might do 2 short rounds....not sure though, i will see how this next round goes...and darn it on the 6 weeks thing!!! lol....thanks for the advice though
