Somehow I lost my way with the resetting of the hypothalamus issue. I am basically still eating P3 41/2 weeks now. Which is fine really, but I kept my calories too low thinking I was gaining when I ate a little more. So I expect my range has been 12 to 1300 that is probably the safe range. Increasing the bulk of food/calories results in the ounces going up. To avoid steak days I just typically eat more protein the next day. I do not use the erythitol, almond flour or coconut flour...for I think I may be sensitive to gain when I eat them just as before this diet I was with the nut flours.

My question is - have you seen anyone adjust the calories upwards again at this stage without starting over P2? I do not really need to lose any more. I would like arms to be smaller and rear to be toned but I am 5 61/2 . LIW was 108.4 pounds. (Used homeopathic HCG). & (I do not look skinny. Anyone would think I weigh more than that).

I also am going to try a NAET person next week to see just what foods I should avoid and hopefully clear some things over the process. I have done the Alcat test and show many food sensitivities. I think because of low immune system.

    Thanks for any help. Philis
