    It's important to gorge or your first week will be miserable. You don't have to eat junk. Eat lots of meat and stuff like nuts and avocados. Cheese. Cream cheese.

    Mine came from HCG Buy Direct. I have upped the dose from 10 drops 3x per day, to 20 drops 3x per day. I am hoping this will jump start things. I lost well for the first 7 days, but the last 3 days, I lost 1 pound!
    Mine taste like alcohol too. I think that is normal, because they use alcohol to preserve the integrity of the HCG. Mine is in a bottle like yours, but it does not list anything other than HCG on the label.
    I also did not get more than a page of basic instructions. I have ordered a book from Amazon, and found some recipes on line.

    I read somewhere that you can buy a pregnancy test stick, put a few drops of the hcg on it and if it registers positive,you have good hcg. I'm not sure about the homeopathic brands
