I've lost enough so far that I had to stop taking my blood pressure pills finally! Woo Hoo! Only thing I've noticed is that the day after the scale went up 1.4lbs (pills had a diuretic in them) and so far, in 2 days, I've only been able to get off .4 and .2...I've been drinking water like a camel, about 100oz a day so I guess I would have expected that to take care of the issue. I've actually upped my dose over the last week because of hunger.

I'm also thinking that maybe my body is ready for a break. I've lost 19.4lbs in 22 days, I have 40 total to lose. It's only my first round but I really think I'm going to try this P3 break. I just feel like I need some fat (NEVER in my life thought I would be saying that!! :o) ). Most info I've read so far is talking about 7-10 days or more...I think I only want to break for maybe 4 or 5 days. Any problem with less than the 7-10?

I'm hoping to only have to do my remaining 20 injections to get the rest off...I feel like I need a kickstart...let my body "rest" a bit for a few days.

Bridgett, did you ever get an answer for this? What did you end up doing and how'd it go?? I think I'd like to do the same.

I just reread pounds and inches on the break and it only says that you just need to do the 72 hours of vlcd after yout last injection and then the p3..it does not say anything about how long of a break so I would think 4 or 5 days after your 72 hours would probably be ok.

or forgot to mention that you don't have to load again if you are only taking a break.

as long as your break is less than 14 days, you resume the hcg and diet without re-loading

well, I didn't do it! LOL I got to thinking about it and since you have to work things in slowly, it would prob be 2 weeks before I had any type of "diet" other than a P2.

I think I should have then because I'm going to move to P3 now...before my 40 days but after 30. (kerbear...you posted on my other thread earlier...hunger again). I'm having hunger issues and only about 9 days left, I'm afraid to troubleshoot the hunger too long at this point and ruin my whole round.

bouscher- you don't have to wait that long to eat regular foods. after your 72 hrs, you can eat as much meat/veggies/fruit as you want to- most people just use caution with introducing eggs, cheese and nuts.
