I still can't believe that I have gained 5 POUNDS this morning. (I am now on round 2 phase 3, soon going to be phase 4 in a week). I added one cup of pistachios nut shelled and one cup of wine yesterday. Also, I ate Cabbage Pizza last night. All items are no sugary except tomato. I am sad now because I might ruin my metabolism/hpothesis. I may have to do "Steak Day" today, should I or is it ruined? Ahhhhh
No, it is not ruined. Just do a steak day today and you will be fine. How much over LIW are you? I had problems with pistachios on this round of p3, that may be the problem. I'm also not to sure about the wine, I haven't had any yet but I know some do fine with it but others have had a problem. I would do a steak day today and see where you are tomorrow, cut out the pistachios and maybe even the wine for a couple of days then try to add one back in at a time and see how you do.
The cheese is fine with me last week. I think cabbage may be a problem or that Italian sausage(no sugar involed too)???? I don't know why. I will take OxyPowder pills tonight for 2 days. Aaah, I will suffer miserable from the rainy when I cook a steak outside. Oh oh. With my first round, I had no problem with that nut and wine. Now why? Huh
