    I work all day and my day starts at like 4am so I am wondering if would make a diff if I waited till I get off of work at 5pm to take the shot? Anyone have any probs with taking it in the evening or is it mandatory you take it in the am?

    I think most take it in the morning because it can keep some awake if they take it in the evening. The most important thing, I hear, is to take it at the same time every day.

    Why not just take it right before you to go work? It only takes a few minutes.
