    Nope, but I may be ovulating. I just CHEATED!!!! I had a bite of my son's St. Patricks Day cookie cake. I am so mad. I am losing so slow, and from what I read, this will cost me a week. :(

    Its tough I know, but you can do it from here out-try drinking green tea-the caffine usually fills me up for a little while.

    i am facing the same thing today. i am on 11 vlcd today n have been starving since mrng. All these days i dint feel hungry even a little bit. not even on my first 2-3 days infact skipped 1 fruit and 2 crab servings everday.
    But today all of a sudden i am feeling horrible hunger pains....
    i am doing the sublingual way, mixed the hcg about exactly 12 days ago, cld it be the potency of the meds?
    More over i have been spotting for the past 2 days, today it has increased, more like first day of my period. cld it be that?

    what shld i do now? shld i increase my calorie?

    Is this normal time for your period? Are you eating less than the 500? Are you eating all your protein?

    yes this is normal time for my period.

    i have all the protein allowed, but i skip 1 fruit and both the breads. All these days dint have any issue.

    probably today i will have all of them, i am tat hungry even after my lunch.

    You might want to take a break from the hCG and eat a few more calories to get you threw your period. It may be that you are one of the ones who really needs that break. I would definitely listen to your body hon.

    so, shld i skip 2 days of dosage and up my calorie to 800?

    Personally that is what I would do. Just til you get through your period. Then start right back on with the hcg like you never stopped. You might stall for a day or two, but that is better than gaining from giving in to the hunger. You might continue to lose which would be even better :)
