I have the following for Lunch, and then dinner:

    100g. Chicken - 98 Calories per 100g = 98 Calories
    1 Apple weighing 168g - 54 Calories per 100g = 91 Calories
    Cabbage 255g - 24g per 100 Calories = 61 Calories

    Total 250 Calories

    I take 200UI Sub-Q at 9:00 AM each day.

I still feel hungry on days, and not others. My drop is not drastic. High on constipation. Today I took a natural ingredient laxative and was flushed... dizzy and weak. Normally I can burn around 1,000 calories on a treadmill, walking about 9 km. at a 10 Degree incline for 1-3/4 hours.

What seems to be out of whack ? ... if anything.

Need some support and understanding if I am doing this right.

    Thanks

Holy cow, that's a lot of exercise! You do that every day? I'll let an exercise buff chime in here. My couch potato self is of no help. LOL But you shouldn't feel hungry. How many days so far at this dose? And have you done a skip day yet?

Hi there! If you think about it, your 1000 cals of exercise is definitely the culprit, because even though the HCG might be doing it's job of releasing calories from your fat stores, you're body is still in starvation mode.

Let's say in addition to the 500 cals you're consuming, the HCG is releasing anywhere from 1000 to 2000 additional calories per day, giving you a total of roughly 1500 to 2500 calories for your body to function off of. Many people don't take into consideration their "resting metabolic rate" (the minimum calories required to breathe, blink, digest, movement of smooth muscle, brain activity, etc.) which for an average woman of roughly 150# at roughly 35 years of age would be approximately 1100-1250 calories per day. So if you take your total available calories for expenditure of roughly 1500-2500 (the food your eating and the fat cals released), subtract the 1000 you're burning, THEN subtract 1100-1250 needed to well, function, you're almost in the negative, which puts you smack-in-the-middle of a three-alarm starvation situation!

My advice would be to back WAAAY off the cardio, or you'll be inadvertently sabotaging all the work you put into the program.
