I didn't realize til after recording my weight that I'm down 60lbs since starting this protocol in September. A total of 81 vlcd days, that's a .74 average, this 40 day round is lowering my averages but that's okay.
It's been 6 months since I started and have had all kinds of great food in P3 and P4. What other diet in the world could you lose this much in this amount of time while still having long peroids where you can eat good fatty steaks and sour cream?
I went to the second hand store and got 3 pair of jeans for $7.75. Two of them look like they've never been worn and one is in good shape but has been worn. 1 pair fits perfectly, one will in a week or 2, and the third will in the not to distant future. Oh and none of them are that crappy stretchy stuff!
I was hoping to go 40 days but I have stopped losing for over 10 days (maybe 2 weeks now) so I am moving on to Phase 3. This same thing happened to me my first round.
Maybe I should get my hormones and thyroid checked.
