    I will be stopping my injections this week and doing the 3 VLCD days (without injections) prior to moving into P3. For those who have done this before, what are those 3 VLCD days like? Does hunger increase? How do you handle it? Thanks!!

    Thanks for letting me know Colleen. I was afraid I would get more and more hungry as the Hcg left my body.

    Actually most of us aren't even hungry our first day on P3. :-)
