    ok tonight i m not doing very well. very dizzy and grumpy
    i only did 376 calories and i just had dinner
    i ate to many fruit cal's 135
    i feel confused and foggy headed ? is this normal on the second week .
    i m having trouble on counting the calories to get the 500.
    making it to complicated ?
    here is today menu
    lunch
    talapia baked 100 cal
    1 med sliced tomato 15 cal ?
    1 large apple 135 cal
    water
    dinner was
    100 gr chicken (weighed raw ) baked with italian seasoning 110 cal ?
    3 oz spinach steamed in microwave. 21 cal
    water and coffee
    i m pretty tired ?
    i followed the cal counter from the 101 worry free HCG diet recipes from the www.yourhcgdiet.com
    so by there oz to cal count i m still pretty low
    should i add a protien ? this late after dinner or a veggie
    sorry to be so long winded ,
    hope it makes sense LOL like i said " i m a bit foggy headed right now "

    Did you know you don't have to weigh your veggies? I'd eat more of them and space out your food more to help with that fogginess. How much water are you drinking?

    I increased my protien up to 4 oz, and occationally a little more, when I had times like this and it helpped. Also, you can add in the crackers between meals. Are you taking any vitamins? B12, mag/potassium. I am on my 3rd round. The first and second round I had a few day with the dizziness, and so did my parents, husband, and brother. Hang in there. It passes within a few days.

    i drank about 1 Liter today so far. still have the other half but i usually drink it by 2 pm . I m behind on it.
    so i don't weight my veggies ? i guess i was trying to get that 80 cal for veggie good to know. thanks . they are so low in cal it did seem silly to weigh them LOL
    i guess i was being to " making it more than it needs to be perfection " LOl yea that is me .
    kaiser when you are talking ounces , is that raw or cooked ?
    seems 100 grams raw protien is the same as 3.5 'oz ? give or take .
    so maybe do 6 smaller meals instead of two 250 meals .
    kaiser thank you also. i will do that with some protien .
    good to know it passes , we have a 3 story house and being dizzy with lots of stairs is kinda scary "yikes"
    I did take another small tomato and 6 apple slices with 4 cups of water to help or i hope it helps

    Okay so you're not drinking TOO much water. I was wondering about that. Sometimes the weakness is from too much water.

    i m feeling hungry at night too. empty stomache feeling
    i m thinking to up my dose but will have to buy more
    hmmm to much water ? i didn't know that could happen . good to know
    my does is 172.5 IU due to my friend bailed on me and didn't send me the right kit.I have a 5,000 HCG ampule i used and my neighbor ( she is an RN )only had 100 cc mixing saline and we only had a .9 cc bottle for mixing . so with our math LOL
    but i think we are going on a 28 day .
    but could i up the dose and do a 21 day ?
    guess i got to much info from reading so much on the internet and got myself all confused

    again no weight loss this morning
    really bummed
    3 days and no weight loss , :(
    try again today and hope i get it right. ?
    i know what mistakes i did so hopefully .
    i m going to up my dosage too
    any other advice to help me out of this stahl.

    You have to go 23 days to reset your hypothalamus, taynor. But a 5000 iu should last 25 days at 200 iu so you should have enough if you up your dose to 200. That's what I'd do.

    I try to go off the raw oz, but sometime I am not able to. If you are hungry, I saw a post yesterday that said:

    [received a newsletter and here was a tip from one dieter-

    constantly feeling hungry (this didn't happen on my first round, but

    hungry!!! My energy has seemed to level out and I feel good again
    (after only 1 chromium). I'll see how it goes over the next few

    I am right at the end of my weight loss and getting hungry so I plan to try this today. Also, I do the sublingual drops. They work great for me. You could give them a try if you run out of mix. As far as the weightloss goes, get ALL your protien and veggies. Make sure your salt intake isn't too high. I have often had small periods where I didn't loose, then dropped 2 lbs. Average is .5-.6 pounds/day. Are you still within that? Women also have a tendancy to retain water while the body is breaking down the empty fat cells. Are your measurments changing? I found that I had lost nearly 2 inches in places last round, and only 2 pounds! Hang in there. If you are sticking to protocol you will see the results. My TOM also effects me with weight gain and platue, but I catch up to the avg within a week. Hope this helps!

    Kaiser yes it does help .i think i m just going to stick to cooked weight and do 3.5 to 4 oz so much easier too. I did order some vitamins from a HCG site but they still haven't come yet and this was over 7 days ago ? hope they come soon. good to know on the chromium i may check it out today . thanks so much . good to know on the inches too.
    grammy good to know , i did pump it up today to 200. What do i do after my 23 days ? get more HCG ? and do the next stage ?
    I started doing this diet with my friend and i was following her guidelines of what she did and then she bailed on me . :( so i have been struggling to get the info off the websites ect...

    she said she was going to send me the book and she never sent it , so i guess i will order the book .

    2 filets of talapia more than protocal but i m dizzy so i m trying to boost my protein

    1 whole grapefruit well after i cut it up its really only a half LOL
