A beer, wow and you didn't invite me!!!!!!!! LOL

Sorry, no it is not hard to get back on track, start with a big ol glass of water and eat like you know you are supposed to. You may see a spike, you may see nodda. Just watch what you do the next 2-3 days and you will be right back on track.

Thank go! So far so good! But I started last Sat and haev lost 6.5 lbs. minus 1.5 that I gained. I need one of those 2-3 lb loss days! Any advice on how to speed it up? Like working out?

it's funny but in pounds and inches, he say's for people who drink a lot, they have allowed them to take an ocassional drink that that a tiny amount of booze can do the job. Don't you all remember reading that?

Actually, the way it is worded, 'exceptional' means 'a rare instance' so the passage from P & I, would read -

..."Obese heavy drinkers, even those bordering on alcoholism, often do surprisingly well under HCG and it is 'exceptional' (a rare instance) for them to take a drink while under treatment. When they do, they find that a relatively small quantity of alcohol produces intoxication. Such patients say that they do not feel the need to drink. This may in part be due to the euphoria which the treatment produces and in part to the complete absence of the need for quick sustenance from which most obese patients suffer."

So he isnt advocating it, he is commenting about the lack of need or desire for it.

I agree with Caiden on this one cause that is how I understand it to be.

But with that being said, I have been guility of having a drink or two while in P3.

Oh alcohol is allowed in P3! This passage is for P2. It takes a bit to wrap our minds around the English way of speaking. :-)
