    Hi,
    I am a new member here (just found out how to post a question, how dumb is that?). I need some advise what to do...

    I did 43 days Injection in October and lost 35 lbs.
    Started P3 on December 14, 2009 LIW 150 lbs
    Never had to do steak day. Weight ranges from 147.6 - 151 lbs
    Started P4 on January 4, 2010
    Was able to eat anything (in moderation) including a piece of dessert or chocolate once in a while without gaining weight until February 8th,
    From 2/8 to now, 3/15, I had to do 12 steak days! I am getting sick of steak days! These are my steak days weight:

    Do you think I have to accept that my body want to stabilize 2.6 lbs about my LIW? I will do the 2nd round in Mid April.
    I go to gym twice a week, do treadmills or eleptical and burned 300-450 calories.
    Walk 2-4 times a week for 15 min
    Do push up and sit up 50 times every day.
    Do you think I am gaining some muscle from the exercise and shifted stabilized weight?
    Sorry for the long info and thanks for the input.

    That's pretty average of a place to stabilize. You might be gaining muscle too so if that's all you gain, you're doing great! You look pretty stable where you are. Our bodies kind of know where they want to be. What does your weight drop to after a steak day? 12 steak days shows your body just isn't going to go where you want. :-(

    Thanks for your input, Colleen.
    After steak day, I usually dropped 2.2-2.8 lbs but gain everything back the next day when I eat normally.
    The last few days, I experimented with my weight and ignored the steak days. Here are the results:
    Tue 152.6 lbs Did steak day
    Wed 150.4 lbs Lost 2.2 lbs, ate normally
    Thu 152.2 lbs Gained back almost all the lost from the steak day. Had orange chicken and multigrain muffin (new foods)
    Fri 151.8 lbs ate like usual
    Sat 151.2 lbs had Coffee Beans' NSA Bluberry Promegranate ice blended. Invited to dinner and had a piece of Baklava.
    Sun 152.8 lbas went to a party (buffet style) ate very bad! Had 2 choc. chips cookies, 1 slice cake, 2 pieces of Cuban sweet cheese rolls, and 1 cup of fruit cocktail. Ouch!
    This morning my weight was still the same 152.8 lbs! But I felt so bad, so I am doing another steak day.
    Well, at least I have an expert opinion that maybe my body just want to be at 152.6 lbs. Thanks, Colleen!

    Another question for you,
    So what is my LIW now? Or in other words what is my weight before I need to do another steak day?

    I'd call my LIW 152 if it were me.

    I don't know if there is any way to measure normal vs. abnormal fat. I would decide based on the fit of my clothes and quit beating myself up.

    Eat healthy and to satisfaction for a few days and see what happens. By healthy, I would say eat the same foods as on the 500 calories diet list but just in quantities apropriate for the amount of calories you are burning on a daily basis. Sounds like around 1500 to me.

    Maybe a veggie eggwhite omlette for breakfast, an apple for a snack, a nice chicken salad for lunch (low cal low sugar dressing) some berries for another snack and a nice piece of fish and steamed veggies for dinner with another fruit for dessert.
