Are they good dreams? LOL I don't notice a difference the frequency of dreaming, but I tend to sleep pretty well. Losing a bunch of weight has allowed me to breathe easier and I don't wake myself up from snoring anymore. I also don't have the fear of waking up with acid reflux. So, overall, I sleep better then I did before, even during P2. I can't sleep when I'm hungry though. Have you been hungry at night? Could that be keeping you awake?

No they are kinda crazy the ones that make you feel like you did not sleep well. Last night I had an awful headache during the night, I thought I was going to have to get up and get some ice....so it isn't even enjoyable!

The only thing I have started besides the hhcg, is a liquid B12. I had started a B12 tablet a week or so before the drops to make sure I could take it, and then switched to the liquid when it came in with my drops. I took the pill today, taste of the drops is gross...so I am hoping that it does not cause me any problems...today I had a .2 gain, so I might not even notice if it does...

I know I did have some weird ones... Have you tried drinking a large cup of Chamomile tea before going to bed. That sometimes helps. Celestial Seasons makes a yummy Honey Vanilla Chamomile (there is no actual honey in it). The only issue is that you might have to get up in the middle of the night to pee. Other than that it can be very calming and relaxing. that might help :)

I may try the vanilla honey tea...I even tried the detox bath to see if it would help me sleep last night, but that did not even work. This may sound silly, but I usually have very low BP and pulse rate. I have been keeping an eye on that, a promise to my husband if I did this diet, and it has increased. Just took it and it was 117/70 pulse 60, adn actually that is up from normal for me. So could there be a chance that the hcg is increasing my BP? Not that in my case that is a bad thing, but it is a change and for me it could be enough to keep me a little more "revved up" than normal.

Thanks for the feedback on my crazy "dream" questions!

I noticed my first week my dreams were much more realistic and vivid. But now I'm into day 16 and dreams have gone back to normal a week or so ago. I do notice that my sleep is very restful. I normally wake up a few times and when on Hcg it is much less to no night time waking. Also, I feel very rested when I do wake up. I fall alseep very easily as well and I drink teas all day, some with caffiene and some without.
