    I started this diet on March 10th... with 250 IU S-Que. @ 150.6 lb. Loaded for 2 days as suggested and was 154.2 at day 3. Day 4 was 152.1 and day 5 was 152.5. Strictly sticking to 500 Calories per day - no deviation.

    Day 6 - I took an apple day that will end its 24 hours in about 5 more hours. The weight today is 149.4.

    It is normal to be starting this diet in a stall ???

    Didn't feel hungry, until I did the apple day. I worked out day 3 & 4 averaging about 1,000 calories on the treadmill, which limits to an upper high of 700 before exhausting. The signs that the diet is working with no hunger and new energy to burn are present, except the losses.

    I dropped my injections to 125 IU for day 2,3 & 4 as I read that that was enough per Seimons... then I read that up to 250 IU is good due to the chemicals and processed foods today, so I escalated my intake to 250 IU.

    I will have my normal 500 Cal from lunch and start the water drinking process at the 24 hour mark from my stopping yesterday...

    I need someone's assistance if this is normal or is it that I am doing something wrong.

    250 is a lot. the norm for subcutaneous is 200. 125 is for intramuscular injections, not sq. Why are you saying you're in a stall? It looks like you've dropped 5.2 pounds.

    I don't eat any bread substitutes at all on my protocall... just don't feel the urge to !!

    Does this have any negative effect to the diet ?

    Does the body need the nutrients from the Grissini or the Melba Toast for the diet ?

    You lose better without the grissini anyway! So it's good you cut it out. If you hit a stall, just hold the course. You can cut out a fruit for a day or two to break it but it will start coming off by itself.

    I used to go to the gym every day before I started this diet... but I stopped because I did not want to influence my weight loss... I started P2 last Monday and lost 13.2 lbs. I think you are doing too much specially burning 1000 calories at the gym you seem to be building muscle... you should slow down.
