Hi,I would like to know how's miracle noodle working for all the ladies!
I had my miracle noodle cooked with my garlic and shirimp, chive and onion with soy sauce and white pepper and little bit of salt and chicken stok.
It was absolutely delicious! I am Japanese so I am really familiar with miracle noodle(shirataki).
But for some reason it got me stalled for days,,,it could be a other reason ,,,,I think I used too much sodium too.
I would like to know how is it working for shirataki lovers!

I have only had them a couple times, once while in P2 and had no problems, and once while starting P2 and again no problems. They are filling and it is a nice change of texture for my mouth, I know that sounds wierd, but it was just different.

Yes it really a nice change definitely and very filling texture too! since it's almost 0calorie do you think you can eat as much you want?

I don't know about that, I am pretty careful with non-protocol foods. What you can eat and not gain, I might not be able to. It is pretty individual on that.

May be the soy sauce or chicken stock, check to see if they contain any starch or sugar.
