Just curious. They are on the original protocol but the clinic I'm using said to try to avoid strawberries (they aren't good for you...so they say).

I bought some because I LOVE them and was just curious to see how others did with them.

I have 2 large strawberries almost every morning and have had no problem with them. I did them thru r1p2, r1p3, and now doing them still on r2p2, so I would say they are ok.

I think strawberries are a bit higher in sugar content but they should be okay.

Perhaps they were talking about the pesticide residue on strawberries. If they are not organic it is very difficult, and I think impossible to wash all of the pesticides off of them because they are very spongie. Strawberries are on the top of the list to not eat unless they are organic.

I eat strawberries almost everyday and have lost well.
I also make sure that it's only one of my fruits, and the other one is typically half of a grapefruit.
