hi i m a newbie i was wondering how much veggies we get ? i guess what i m saying is do we weigh them ? and how much ? or is it a free for all on the veggies ? if i want a green salad i can eat the whole bag ? just plain with lemon ? thanks for any advice ya'all can give me taynors
In the beginning you want to mesaure your veges by the estimated calorie count and deduct that from your 500 calories. Once you can eyeball them, you will find yourself eating what you need. the other thing is that you find you aren't hungry so you will actually struggle with getting the veges down.
I did this and granny1952 has been helping me. She uped my dosage from .5 to .8 under my tongue. Also the dr only had me holding it under my tongue for 2 minutes. She has me doing it for 10 minutes. I was also taking all my meds and vitamins in the morning and throwing up. She told me to stay off the multi vitamin for awhile and see how that works. I am on R1P2VLCD4. You dont count your loading days right?
