so what is the difference between an apple day and a steak day ... in terms of.. when to do one or the other? how do I decide to go with apple day or steak day, what are the scenarios that require one or the other?
Thank you for your input....I'm going full protein today, but do you know if it should be 4-6 small protein meals or H20 all day w/o food and do a good size protein meal later in the day?
