First one on R3. Silly me thought I would escape it, but it does not seem to be the case...up 3 pounds this morning.
This is the Procedure as I understand it: eat nothing, drink tons of water and maybe some green tea and then have a huge steak for dinner?
Things I have learned: I can't eat dairy. I have selective amnesia on that one and always find a stall or gain after choosing to forget or ignore the fact. My biggest thing that I will miss is cream in my coffee. Has anyone tried the silk creamer for coffee? or other alternatives? Eating low carb/high protein is challenging without dairy, I find.
Suggestions and guidance from experienced folk would be so welcome!
Correct on steak days, except you are also to eat one large organic tomatoe or one large apple with your steak for dinner. They really work wonders, but I have a REALLY REALLY HARD TIME not eating all day. If you have made it to phase 4 without a steak day, you have done remarkably well. Congratulations.
Eat as much as you can get down! The more, the better. :-) And eat an apple since you don't want to do a tomato. :-) On my steak day Monday I ate 20 oz or so.
