    morning ladies......day 17!
    lost .8 last night for a total of 17.4
    happy about that for sure but still irritated that i spent so much wasted time yo-yoing last week. im in new territory now tho so hopefully im back on track :)

    OK I need to brag.......... I am SO happy!!! If anyone has noticed me complaining how long my order has taken to come in from yourhcgdiet.com (was suppose to be shipped Feb 8/10 still have not received). I went to gphcg.com and placed an new order. They sent out yesterday and sent me a tracking number (I was a bit sceptical because the last place did the same) ANYWAYS....................I just checked the tracking number from gphcg.com and get THIS.......mailed yesterday......in toronto customs this morning. I am ready to do backflips. Anyone from Canada looking for hcg should go to this company!!

    That's GREAT, bubsgirl! Hopefully it will keep on going. I still believe the slowdown was the beef and tomato though and it will continue if you don't alter that some. You weren't in a stall. I don't think Margie caught that. You were actually gaining then losing. that is ALWAYS food. I don't think the soybean oil in the melatonin could have been enough for that so I wouldn't worry about it.

    yes, gaining and losing but all within a 3lb range!! my wt wasnt 'going up' so to speak........

    i caught it. :) I just don't think she was gaining and then losing. i think her scale is inconsistent. i don't believe she was gaining with beef and then losing with another food- but gaining and losing all while eating beef, correct bubs?

    The scale wouldn't be inconsistent to that degree and only for the week. She had beef 2x a day all week pretty much.

    Are you still in Florida, Margie? How's the weather? I'm prepping for a colonoscopy. Ugh! It's SORT of like a steak day but no yummy steak at the end. :-( I can't decide what to do about the stuff I have to drink. They want it mixed in Gatorade and I'm still in P3. All the sugar free stuff has either Splenda in it, which breaks out my face horribly, or nutrasweet which I won't touch with a ten foot pole. I'm still in P3 so not thrilled about real sugar. I'm thinking of breaking what they say and getting pedialyte or something that is just plain water.

    UGhhhhhhh colonoscopy....the prep work makes you want to have an out of body experience...HA! Good lucky grammy
