    my weight has been going up and down the past week...it stays in a 3lb range tho. i may gain 1.5 one day, lose .5 the next, gain 2, lose 1...so on and so on!! what should i do??

    lol..i posted this on ur thread also. ive been eating the same things ive been eating all along.. salad, lean ground beef, tomatoes, grilled chicken....

    Try cutting out the beef. Are you eating it with tomato? It makes me gain every time I do that. :-(

    yeah....i eat a lot of tomato. beef patty and sliced tomato is one of my fav meals. meatballs in homemade tomato sauce...

    ok lol...ive been eating it all alone but do u think its caught up to me??? cut out just ground beef or all beef?

    Oh it just caught up with you. that happens ALL the time. I'd eat beef only once in a while, not every day. And not with tomato. That's a VERY common problem. Not sure why.
