i've also noticed that more people have hunger problems the longer they do this- most do fine for R1, even R2, perhaps have a bit of trouble in R3, and even more after that.
I think its more an individual thing. Our support group has 32 people. 28 of them did the long rounds and stabilized very well.
19 of the 32 have done more than 3 rounds. Only 2 of them had hunger problems in the later rounds. (I know because I keep the stats)
I think sometimes we get a skewed perspective on here. Some come here merely for info and support. Others for help. I daresay that there are many successful people who dont post on forums at all and arent having much difficulty.
I don't think there is more trouble the more rounds. The only round I had any issue with is my last and that's because I was doing IM and didn't realize I needed more in my mushy thigh muscle. LOL Once I figured that out, I was fine. I'm up to 32 people on HCG here in town now and some of them are on their 3rd rounds. No problems. But I only let them do standard rounds, no short ones. Last night was terrible. I ended up eating 100g of chicken, and then another 100g of fish just to get to sleep. Even at that I was still hungry. Of course I was up a pound this morning, but I'm past caring. I did a dose of 250 today, so I hope it's an improvement. So far I don't feel too bad, but it's 8am. Time will tell.
Darn it Russ, we were all hoping it would have been better for you. At least you ate the protein and nothing else. I'm sending positive thoughts your way that today will be a good one.
Russ, I am having the exact same problems! I am on R3 doing IM at 200iu like I have done in my previous rounds. After the first week I was having pains between my shoulder blades and a terrible pain in my stomach and wasn't loosing. I was 1/2 way through the batch. I finally threw it out and remixed. Felt better for about 5 days and then it started again. I started feeling shaky and hurt all over. I finally ended up eating a full steak for dinner one night and added an extra protien the next day and lost a pound I dropped my dosage back to 175 iu and the pains got worse. After a few days I have upped it to 225 iu today. I feel a little light headed today, but so far I am not quite as hungry.
I had no problems in R1 and R2, but this round has been a pain! Hopefully you can get feeling better.
