    Linda,

Im not colleen but this is where its mentioned. Not exact fruits, but cautions the sweet ones.

    -Plan of a Normal Course-

"For the following 3 weeks, all foods allowed except starch and sugar in any form (careful with very sweet fruit)."

Dried fruit has a higher concentration of sugar, so I would wait till end of P3 or going into P4 if it was me.

I wouldn't eat the dried fruit right away either. It has sulfers in it too so be careful and see how you handle it after eating so pure for a while.

Thanks Caidan, way down at the end. It makes sense but I don't recall ever reading it. Thanks for telling me where to find it :~)

How many calories should one be eating during P3? I heard on another forum that you should multiply your weight by 11.

I don't count calories, there is no reason to. I mean why complicate simplicity?

Right, he just says be careful of very sweet fruits. I looked up sugar content in fruit in my first round and the ones I mentioned were very high. He doesn't mention them by name.
