    I'm following the protocol and I have lost 16 lbs so far,I started hcg on 2/5.
    I am injecting in my fat for 20 unit,I'm not sure how much hcg in it though.
    yes I am very hungry most of the time and I think I am losing slow compare to everybody eles

    The hunger is the problem. if it's not fixed, you will have trouble stabilizing. :-( Can you find out your dose?

    Hi Finally I had an apple day yesterday and this morning , my scale said 158 lbs whitch is -1 lbs .
    it was much but it was some at least after those frustrated stalle days.
    well I went to the Dr today and I asked my nurse how much hcg do I have in my 1 dosage ( I inject 20 unit in my fat)
    and he said 200,,,, I don't understand this but is this sound right to you guys?
