I am on my 3rd vlcd. I have only lost a pound. I'm doing 125 (.25) on the little insulin needle. I was feeling super hungry, so I bumped it up to .30. It's been helping but I am not sure why I only lost one pound. My solution was the 5000 iu in 10 cc of water, which I have read that people recommend. I also have a question about veggies. I thought you could only have one hand full of vegetables? On here I read that people are figuring out the calories instead of just measuring it. What do you guys think? Any advise is welcomed Also, I have a friend in Utah that his whole family ate all the veggies they wanted AND used jojoba oil for their skin and hair. They all lost a bunch of weight, but this seems to be against everything I have ever read. The more I read about this thing, the more confused I am. Help!
