    my sister is having problems with her hemaglobin and she is wondering if being on an dr. prescribed iron supplement will effect the diet?

    curious to see an answer to this myself...I also take a supplement and have slowed down (actually retaining water) since I started taking it again. Never thought it might be my iron supp!

    I don't think it's affecting my losses but I did just submit a question to the clinic I'm working with...we'll see what they have to say!
