So i started loading on thursday for 2 days and began my diet on sat. its sunday and im down a lot. i started my load at 226 and i weighed in at 218 today. im afraid to get too excited cause i keep expecting to stall and lose my motivation. how quickly did you stall after having large losses?
Normally when we lose a great deal of weight our bodies try to catch up. It is different for everyone. Your losses are great, but I wouldn't worry too much about stalling just yet. Usually what happens is that about a week to 10 days in people notice some stalling because our bodies are trying to play catch up to the weight loss. Once your body gets comfortable again you'll start seeing the weight go down.
I also lost big in the first couple days of the VLCD then slowed a bit...more like just evened out. Don't expect that large of a loss every day but you will definitely drop it pretty quickly!
