    I will be starting tomorrow and I have read Dr. Simeons protocol and it states on their that I should start with 125 I.U. of HCG and that it should be IM but a freind had told me to start with 200 IU and SQ please help

    Well I think the 1st question is how long are your needles?
    If there are short little diabetic kind then you will do in stomach, (one inch away)
    I started my subcutaneous injections at 150, and I did great, lost 40 pounds in 6 weeks, propbably the others on this site might recommend more, so perhaps you can compromise and do 175.

    For IM they say you can do 125. But you have to have the long needles.
