Ladies, I'm having much success with HCG =) VLCD #5, weight loss of 9.0lb whoohooo
I didnt pack my lunch this morning. Woke up late. Any suggestions on how many cooked shrimp i could eat or where to buy it from? (don't like fish) I work downtown Chicago. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you!
Some people like Colleen do great on shellfish. I never knew I had a problem with it until this diet. I gain when I eat it. Like gained 1.4 on the vlcd kind of gain! Just make sure to watch to see if shellfish are okay for you.
I have no idea what I'm doing wrong, but I'm not losing and I've had 4 injections so far. I don't eat much of anything. Drink lots of water. What in the world is up with me? I wonder if I need to add more Hcg to the mix? I also added vodka and was told after I mixed it that is deluded the mix too much. oh well == live and learn. It is just an expensive lesson to learn with Hcg.
I'm taking .4cc/ml subq. I'm not really all that hungry -- I think I'm eating because it's habitual. If I've gone 6 hours with nothing to eat, I freak out and think "OM Gosh, I better eat something, and since it's been so long, I can probably eat just about anything I want. " Good thinking for a food addict, huh? I guess I just don't know what to eat when I want to just snack. I don't eat meat -- I seldom eat "meals". I eat fruit and vegetables. Drink lots of water in the afternoon and in the morning -- coffee, with artificial sweetener. I take a lot of medication. From morphine to thyroid to high cholestrol and anti-depressant medications. A little of everything else thrown in there in the middle. Just one more reason I need to get the weight off. So, what do you "snack" on? Carrot and celery sticks? I could do that for a while.
Did you go to your doctor before starting hcg? It sounds like with your medications that you should clear it with your doctor. If you have then I agree with the others that your dose may not be right.
It sounds like you are eating off protocol. Have you read "Pounds and Inches?" If not, click on the link in the left margin on this forum. Only eat those foods that Dr. Simeon has listed there. Also, it is very important that you eat two servings of protein a day. Again, see Dr. Simeons book for the list of approved meats and fish.
