Will pizza be ok i P3? I know some pizza sauce has sugar and that dough turns to sugar fairly quickly in your system. Doing pretty well R1P2D17 and I've lost 23lbs but I miss pizza more than any other food. Hoping it will be allowed in P3.

Elena's pantry has a pizza crust that was great. I think it is on her website. I made my own sauce and just added cheese and veggies and it was great.

Here in Tucson, we have Brooklyn Pizza, which is ultra-delish, skinny crust yumminess. Back when I was on Atkins, he would bring a pepperoni pizza home and I would eat the toppings from 2 slices but NOT the crust. Not the best solution for crust lovers, but I found it a compromise for my pizza fix! I am still on p2, so no pizza for me yet!

If a person can handle the fat. There is a simple but great mostly mozz. cheese crust recipe I could share. My husband loves it. I eat it sparingly.

He likes to keep the pizza frozen and pull out a slice to eat with meals to be like the bread.
