Today is day 23 of P2 for me and I am headed into the 2 days of VLCD without the HHCG drops. I have had bouts with hunger in spite of the drops now and then throughout P2. I've stayed strictly on protocol and have lost just under 14 lb in 3 weeks. Of course, I am concerned about hunger during the next 72 hours! I have some of the "Miracle Noodles" that I have not tried yet but will use during P3. How strictly does my VLCD for the next 72 hours need to match P2 protocol? If I stay under 500 calories is that enough or do I need to continue with only the P2 food options? Can I eat the noodles if hunger is making me nuts??
Personally I wouldn't use the noodles until the 72 hours are over. I just don't think it's the best time to "try" something new when you've been so successful these past 3 weeks.
