I am new to the site but been doing Hcg, first time, for 33 days on P2. I decide to do a fleet enema yesterday, and this morning i weighed 5 lbs....i hope it was the sodium. Has that happened to anyone? Had no idea that would happen.

was it an oil based enema? Maybe you are still up because you are not going enough?

again where is the 33 day protocol coming from? There is a 23 day protocol and a 40 day protocol? Is a doctor administering your hcg?? I am just curious...I have heard about 26 day protocols too...and people are loading for 3 days instead of two...do you mind me asking which protocol you are following? :-)

It was a fleet enema, I guess it was sodium based......but it really helped. I thought for sure I would be down this morning...Thanks for your response. Have you tried smooth tea? I have heard people talking about it...maybe I should try that instead.

I am doing the oral hcg drops, and doing myself. So, I didn't know that you should either stay on it for 23 days OR 40 days....is that correct?

oh ok. Dr. S is only 23 or 40 days. And you load for TWO days. I hope this is helpful. :-)

Mpruitte- You have to do a minimum of 23 injections, but you can go longer up to 40 injections. People can stop anywhere in between- so you can have 31 day rounds, 35 day rounds, it doesn't really matter as long as you go at least to the minimum and not over the maximum injections.

no you either purchase the 23 day protocol or the 40 day protocol. The 23 only comes with enough (in my case) for 25 days...and you should NEVER stop in between...it takes a minimum of 23 days to reset the hypothalamus. I am not sure where you got that it doesn't make any difference if you stop or make your days what you want. I am just going on what the experts have said and the board experts. Maybe they can chime in, I am quite new still and learning. But I've never read in any of the protocol examples where you can go as long as you want and stop in between. That is not the proper protocol and I suggest you don't do that at all.
But maybe your injections come packaged differently. 23 day protocol is only enough for 23 days. :-)
