    Ok wait, let me get this straight (as I eat my raw celery sticks) I'm on week 3 of VLCD and I can actually make this Mug Cake? For real??? I'm cracving cake SO bad I think I would maim someone for just a lick of the frosting!

    I have it every day in P3. :-) I like it with whipped cream on it instead of frosting.

    kirstin, the mug cake is for p3, not p2...sorry....really i am cuz im still in p2....thanks grammy....how do you do your whipped cream? and do you know anything about whey low?

    I whip up heavy cream and add a bit of xylitol. :-) I don't know anything about whey low. I'm a big fan of xylitol. :-)

    for you/us P3'ers....I got one of those whipped cream dispensers like the esspresso shops use....its so convenient!! I dont even add sweetner to it, hust squirt it on my coffe and mug cake and fruit smoothies mmmmm

    mslayla, I got the dispenser at Bed Bath and Beyond. No it wasnt terribly expensive, I did opt for the smaller one though. It really is nice around the holidays too. (and its so pretty no one even notices it isnt sweetened ;)

    Also, your ? to Colleen about the Xylitol, I got mine in the organic section in my local groacery store. The bag I got is like a 1lb bag and I think it was around $8. Worth it.
