So I just started this whole hcg thingy, and I'm on day 2 of 500 calories, and have been feeling very weak. Will this go away after time? I have about 30 pounds I have to loose and don't want to give up, but I don't know if I'll be able to continue feeling this weak!!

It's a good idea to split your food up during the day to keep your blood sugar level. I eat 1/2 apple about 10am then 1 meat for lunch sometimes with the vegetable and sometimes I eat the vegetable an hour or so later, I eat the other half apple in the afternoon then my other meat and veggie at dinner, you can have your other fruit a couple hours after dinner.

It would be helpful for you to tell us what your method of hcg is and how much hcg your using per day so we can see if there's a dosage issue.

I'm doing injections, I honestly don't know off the top of my head how much HCG is in the shots though... My mom just got done doing the plan and she did fine on it and said she felt great, but I'm just so weak and tired that as I sit here at work, I'm head bobbing in front of my computer! I'll try and split up my apple though, that sounds like agood idea so I can have my orange after dinner for my "desert". Thanks.

You may also be going through sugar withdrawals. Are you taking potassium and magnesium? Many people who experieince weakness or tiredness do well with those two supplemants

No I'll go and get those supplements this afternoon and see if that helps.

Can I still take my viatamin C while doing this?

vit c should be fine, check the labels and make sure it is pure c and doesnt have other ingredients, (like sugars) especially if they are chewables - we find that all the time in multi-vits.

Caidan, What dosages of potassium and magnesium do you recommend? Two separate pills or all in one? Any particular brand? I like to go with brands that others know work since vitamins can be all over the place.

The brands shouldnt matter if they are pure. I just use the dose recommended and take more some days if my body feels like it needs it. My daughter and I buy them seperate, so we can take more of one if need be.

Siorry if that wasnt specific enough. You might do a search on those words in the forum and see if others have specific numbers.

truvia and stevia are not the same. some people stall or gain on truvia..truvia has Erythritol which is a sugar alcohol,

pure stevia, doesnt have sugar alcohols.
