    I'm 53 and 5'6"
    Start Weight: 171.1
    Load Weight: 172.6
    May 2nd Weight: 159.4

Started phase 2 on April 16th and am now at 159.4 down 13.2 lbs on May 2nd. Want to be at 135 - 130 by the end of this 43 day round which ends May 28th, but some still lose a couple more pounds 2 days after stopping the shots but the hcg is still in your system. We leave on vacation on June 18th. Hopefully I will be at my goat weight by then. I would be lower but I ate sole one night and the next morning I was up almost a pound so no more fish for me. It was strange, but now I am still losing everyday towards my goal.

hi firefish- sole is ok, so your weight gain may not have been associated with that. there are a lot more ups and downs in women than men, depending upon water retention. so if you like it, you might want to try it again- it's so high in protein and low in fat! :)

    Name: Steven
    Start Weight: 223.8 lbs.
    Current Weight: 173.6 lbs.
Today is the end of round 2 of Phase 2 for me.

My goal weight is: not to sure, i figured i would keep going with this until the hCG tells me "No more fat for you to lose." Originally i thought about 165 - 175 lbs, but seeing as i'm their currently, i can tell that there is still probably another 30 - 40 lbs of fat left to get rid of on me. I now have to get re-measured for a tuxedo, and it will be nice seeing them cross out the old numbers with lower ones. I now only have one pair of jeans that fit me properly (one that I had no chance of wearing a few months - years ago). I don't really want to buy more clothes right now, as i know their is more to lose. Also, just want to add God bless women, pregnancy, and hCG produced from pregnancy, without it we wouldn't be posting on this forum right now.

I just started HCG. Today is my second day of loading. For some reason I'm struggling to load - it's very odd. I feel kind of sick to my stomach. But I am doing it. So my post will show where I started and I look forward to reporting losses like all of you. You're all inspiring!

Goal - my ultimate, ultimate goal is in the 120's. Got a ways to go, but I see HCG will get me there! I was on Weight Watchers. I lost about 50 pounds and then it just wouldn't move anymore. I lose the 50 pounds from June of 2008 until now. Seems like 50 pounds a year is rather slow - I guess slower than I wanted. I am so hopeful about the HCG. I have been a Vegetarian since I was 11 years old and I'm even adding fish to my diet now so I can do HCG. This is a big step for me. I've been overweight for so many years. I look forward to losing it for good!!

wieght before 198 (naked) first thing in the morning
    Day 15 VLCD 184.6
I just want to be down to were my hip huggers are not getting hugged!!! Around 165 is a good wieght for me. I am a mother of 4, Grandma of one. If I hear one more person tell me I look good for having kids, or but you are "big boned" I will scream. I have tried every diet under the sun this is the easiest by far!!!! I don't have to use my so called will power not to eat I just don't want it. The best part is if I went on a "traditional" diet it would take about 4 months of being very strict to loss this kinda of wieght. I wish I found this in my tweenies it would have saved me from a-lot!!!!
I am so thankful for lady that turned me on to this I will always have the secret weapon (HCG) on my side now.

Hi Everybody! I am so excited to be part of this.I have been reading the forum comments for weeks now, waiting for my hcg to come. I finally started loading on Tuesday the 5th of May. I am now on day 1 of the VLCD and feeling pretty good, a little hungry, but doable. I have been telling everyone I care about , who needs to loose, about this and have converted a lot of hopeful people out there. I am hoping my results are "astounding". I have 5 kids and was always athletic before the last two. I ran marathons for crying out loud! But after my second to the last son I failed to get it off before getting (suprise!!) pregnant with my last.My baby is two, and I have tried everything from the "lemonade diet" to Atkins. I have been yoyoing between 150 and 155 for about a year now. I gave up completely after running 8 miles a day and stationary biking an hour a day for a month and not seeing ANY changes. I gained about 8lbs in the two weeks between the last effort and my load day. Today is my 1st VLCD day and I am feeling pretty optimistic. After loading I weighed in at.....ugh....166.8. I am 5'7.5" and will be happy back at 130lbs. I also cant wait for people to stop saying "You look great for 5 kids". I want to hear "Wow you look great" period.
