Inviting everybody who is starting P2 in March. It will be great if we stick together not only through P2, but also through P3 and P4, even later if you are planning to do another round :-) I am.
I am a 50 year female from India and this will be my second round. I did a 40 day round earlier (200 IU SQ) with a weekly off. Lost 21.4 lbs and have stabilized well on P3 and P4. I am eating everything on P4 including sugary treats and have lost another 2.6 lbs in the process despite trying not to.
I will start loading on 28th and begin my VLCD on 2nd. I will again do a long round.
Margie, Colleen and other veterans, please be with us to guide and support us as you have done earlier. I know that I could not have done this without you.
I'm a 52 year old female from the US and will be starting my second round one week from today. My 2 loading days will be on Feb. 27 and 28. First day of VLCD will be on March 1. This will be a short round. My first round was 40 days.
I'm looking forward to sharing this part of my weight adventure with you!
Welcome Dananci. We are almost the same age and for both of us it's round two. We are also starting almost at the same time. Let's take the journey together.
My husband an I will be starting this weekend too. Maybe a little sooner. Our hcg should arrive today. We will be doing the RX Hcg sublingual. Ths is our first time with this diet. A whole lot of people in our church have gone through this diet using HHCG with good results. We opted for the rx. We will be doing 23 days together. We each have about 50+ lbs to loose. We are in our mid-30s. I really will enjoy the support of others doing this diet at the same time!
My name is Bobbie and I am a 40 year old female from Dallas. This is my first time on the HCG diet. I am planning to do my 2 loading days this on Feb. 27 and 28 with my first day of VLCD being on March 1.
I'm looking forward to reaching my weight loss goal and becoming healthier.
Welcome Lady, Clever and Bobbie. I am so happy I will not be alone during this journey, which I am sure will be full of highs and lows. I know from my last round's experience that it can be too depressing and frustrating when you have to do it alone. It will be only later, during stalls and cravings, that we will realize the real worth of our group.
Wish you gals (and guys) all the best. Happy gorging!
