Hi everyone!
My name is Sherry and I have been reading the forum for several days and I think I have lots of things figured out because of all your wonderful posts and I have read Pounds and Inches several times. I have ordered my HCG. I placed two orders not knowing which might arrive first (I am in the US) and I am quite anxious to get started!!! I ordered from pharmacy escrow and when health matters. Neither have arrived yet. I just wanted to stop by and say hello. I only have one question...what does "bump" mean?? I must be getting old....LOL!

"Bump" basically is the word someone uses to type in to a thread that keeps it up at the top instead of letting it get lost too far down the list. I hope I am making sense. You can go into any thread and type in "bump" or any other word really and it will "bump" up the conversation to the top of the list .Thankful People: itsjustme -

i think i did my 3 day gorge wrong ?
cuz i m hungry and my stomache feels empty ? but when i do eat i m satisfied . weird ? or normal ?
i m not used to high fat foods. But
for three days i ate
pizza
donuts
bacon
and whole milk
Mcdonald burgers and fries
i m still learning my way around but wanted to introduce myself to you all

itsjustme i got mine also from their and it took about 6 wks . I m in the US also
they need to go through customs so that is why it takes so long.

will say "bookmark this discussion "
