    I use whatever is handy. It seems to make no difference. Toothpaste doesn't have sugar or fat. You don't do anything but brush with it and spit it back out, so it's not ingested.

    Ok I do injs so I don't worry about it.

    But those doing HHCG - What about Mint? Doesn't it have a counter balance or something?
