On my 5th day of VLCD, and today had to go to a business lunch, and they did not have so many HCG friendly foods. So I had some greens, but the bad stuff was the clam chowder and a small piece of cooked salmon... So I'm 300 calories above... what do I do now? The protocol says to keep going and that it will just take a few extra days to get rid of it... Anybody with tips on this?
Yes, just stick with the plan and keep going! It may have set you back a pound or two, but missteps happen. Drink lots of water and get back on track! Good luck.
Thank you, I was not sure if I should skip a meal or skip HCG for a day... thinking it would get back to normal faster... But I will just go on and see! I just skipped the fruit for diner... it made me feel less guilty! thanks
Do everything you can for the next several days to eat strict protocol. You may see a gain in the morning or even the next day, So Be It. You are not doomed, just eat strict p2 and you will start loosing.
Don't skip the HCG for a day...it's already in your system anyway. Like the others say, just get right back on track. You'll be just fine even if you show a stall or a gain. It'll come back off.
