    well, i begin my 72 hours in the morning and guess what TOM has finally arrived!! go _____ figure!! havent had it during the whole duration of hcg TILL NOW!

    how do i make up for the extra water weight since today was my LDW im supposed to be going by??

    Rubyred, eating the same veggies for lunch and dinner is ok. I would try to experiment though. For example radishes and cabbage - I couldnt stand either one and I've found that if I bake the radishes with some seasonings they are like potatoes and the cabbage I shred up, saute in water and seasonings and I like that a lot too. I will make both of them even when not on the protocol.

    Jilllian - WELCOME and dont worry about all the bloat you feel, it'll be gone in the next day or so! :o)

    Fonda, I'm not sure to be honest. Wish I had an answer for you but aaah you're so lucky to be getting ready for P3!! I'm going to go another week and a half and then move into it.

    I lost 1.5 this AM - looks like my stall is officially OVER! I'm so excited!! I bought a couple of new shirts yesterday and that in itself made me feel soo good :o)

    Mac - are you still on P2 and for how much longer??? I think I'm with you in that I cant deviate even a little bit :o(


    Everyone - I do have an embarrassing question...I've noticed since I started that I havent been "gassy" at all until a few days ago when I had cabbage UGH! but since then I've felt a little bloated/gassy. Do any of you think its possible to be; how do I say this....building up candida or whatever you call it?? Although, its been almost 3 wks so TOM may be on its way, maybe thats part of it.

    well my 72 hours has officially begun!!!! kinda nervous but hope it all works out. i lost another lb this morning.....good! the more i lose the more play room i have during p3 LOL

    I dont know much about p3 - do most people stabilize, lose, gain? curious

    Fonda don't be nervous. I lost 2.2lbs on my 72 hours!! Yesterday was my first day of P3. I took hhcg that morning but that was it so I didn't eat like a normal P3 to be sure all that hhcg was out of my system. Remember I WAS going to extend P2 but I changed my mind IMMEDIATELY after I took it. (for those on hhcg how much do you need in your system before you don't feel hungry? I think I am free to go on to P3 today)

    Well anyway I had a NORMAL salad with cheese on it, bacon bits, one egg halved, some carrots, and some grilled chicken and tomatoes. You would have though I had gone to heaven. OMG it was sooooooooooooooooo delicious it was ridiculous. I think only because it had been SO long since I've had any of that.

    I asked for lite vinegarette and ranch dressing on the side. I only DIPPED about three times in the RANCH dressing LOL as I didn't want to over do in case that hhcg was still in my system. And we all know hcg and FAT don't react kindly and the scale hates it.

    For dinner I just ate a little broccoli and some grilled chicken. I was too scared to go all out with the cheese. BUT TODAY I am going to try something different. Maybe broccoli and cheese soup!

    I only gained .4 from yesterday. But that isn't real because I didn't eat a lot of fats yesterday. I will really get onto my fats on tomorrow and see how I begin to stabilize. i think P3 will be a BREEZE if I only have to avoid sweets (and hidden sugars) and BREAD and PASTA and RICE. I can do that.

    Good luck in your 72 hours - I was never hungry any of those days and it was just like taking the injection.

    Today I started R2VLCD1. After weighing, I am trying to square my shoulders and face the fact that I didn't stabilize well (+3-7lbs) in P4. After load days, I am up 9lbs from LIW :( Can't even think about it; have to stay focused and keep going. I find so much encouragement through the forums. Good success to all of us! PS: My husband is up only 4lbs from LIW.
