I just started my 1st vlcd on tues (the 16th). Load days were Sun and Mon. Everyone here is wonderful and you will have lots of buddies regardless of when you start! :)

Great! so happy to "meet" you all! this is my first time....I am so cynical and not really convinced this works, or that its too good to be true, so I am so hoping I will have you all saying "I told you so!" lol Let me eat my fat-free words! huh!
Ok so tomorrow is the beginning of a new and happier me I hope...162.2lbs this am on beginning of loading day # 2, so tomorrow will be interesting ... Tomorrow will be day 3 of the injection and first day of VLCD, with all this disgusting gorging the past 2 days I expect to see a huge increase of 3 or 4 lbs surely....already prepared my shrimp and cucumber to take to work in the am...got the lemon juice added to my water...apple in purse...we shall see how this progresses....and I look forward to us all sharing our stories and I hope huge successes!! Ok, everyone...high five...! Lets go!! whoop! -

That's how most of us were too. I know I was. I'd tried everything under the sun. I had a friend at church who started this recently and she said it was too good to be true. A week after she started, she came up to me crying and hugged me. She couldn't believe how great it was working. it will work for you too! -
High fives all around. I will tell you that this forum is like a God Send to me and I visit frequently. I have always been warmly welcomed and had many wonderful people around to answer all my questions (no matter how silly I thought they were)! Sounds like you've set yourself up for success and are prepared for tomorrow.
