Hi Ellie, I'm doing good, thanks. No hunger feeling, I started to take some calcium and potassium, that seems to help. On my 4th day today and lost 3.5lb... so I guess I'm within the average. I am receiving some new B12 soon (now brand) so I'll mix a new batch to be safe. Also, I will probably start taking a fruit earlier in the day to serve as breakfast and not take it for lunch... or do half and half, we'll see how that goes. thanks for your advices
