    Hi,
Just started P2... on my second day of VLCD and still alive! So far so good... just wondering if my HCG is potent and what are the signs of good or bad news.
Since I just started, I don't feel hungry much, I lost 3lbs, a little light headed between lunch and dinner but nothing serious...
Well anyway, if my HCG would be compromised, would I feel a huge hunger already, or would it be after a few more days?
Just trying to figure out for sure, I would hate to do this a realize too late that I'm on starvation mode... what are the signs to look for? thanks

    Raph, your doing great!
Are you taking your potassium and calcium citrate?
Your hunger should pretty much go away, I think it's working for you, did you mix it yourself of did you go to a clinic?

    Hi Ellie,

    I'm doing sublingual... I mixed with B12 and I'm taking multi-vitamins.
I guess I should wait and see. Thank you

Raph what brand of b-12 are you using?
A lot of them have fructose in them.
It's just that the light headedness, I'm thinking potassium.
My cramps got so bad at night, one night I had to sink to the ground they were so bad.
Cramps in my feet, calves, pain!!, It hurts.
Also just a question but are you drinking tons of water?

You might want to break up your meals and try to eat something every 2 or 3 hours. I always have half an apple mid morning and the other half in the afternoon.

Hunger is a sign that either there is a problem with the hcg (which would not be the first thing to consider) or that your dose is not right.

    ok, makes sense...
I also just found out that the multi-vitamin I'm taking is very low on potassium and calcium... so I will adjust that.
For B12, I'm taking "nature's bounty sublingual liquid B complex with B12"... I don't see anything about fructose, so that should be good... well here is the list of ingredients: (purified water, sorbitol, vegetable glycerin, citric acid, potassium sorbate).
Water should be ok, I drink at least 1.5 liter a day... I'll update you if it gets worse.
    thank you

    sorbitol is a sugar

    Yeah it is :(

Personally I'd go hunting for a different B12. If you can't afford it right now, you might want to stop it as it could slow you down. It's your call.

As for the lightheadedness, you might want to do as Linda said and break up your meals. I have had to do that to keep my blood sugar even.
