    mgsondance and Lady Smart,

I am combining 2000 IU of RX grade hCG with 4 CC of bacteriostatic water. I started with injections of 150, then went to 175. Purchased the hCG from All Day Chemist, and verified the product is far from the expiration date. You mean there's a chance I'm not losing the right fat? Yikes--all this pain for NOTHING????? Is it possible that this just won't work for me? How do you know if you're losing the right fat? (My waist is definitely NOT any smaller.)

Thanks for your help with this. I do want to get this extra weight off. I have been thin my entire life until four years ago when I had breast cancer. I had four surgeries over six months--i.e. four recoveries of idle time in bed--and my husband brought home all my favorite foods. Cancer is long gone, and I do not take any medications from that, although I do take anti-depressant. Any chance that could be a problem?

if you mixed with 4cc's, then you have 500 units/cc. so i assume you started with a shot volume of .3 and then increased it to .35?

125 is the correct starting dose for IM shots- so you might be too high, which also makes you hungry. skip a day, and tell us if you were more or less hungry on that day. if you were more hungry, increase your dose to 200 which would be .4 (some have had to do that). if less hungry, decrease your dose to 125, which would be .25 on your syringe. your anti-depressant should not interfere.

don't go by your weight loss, because that is basically from the diet. go by your hunger level in terms of tweaking your dose.
