    I haven't had TOM since I was on VLCD portion of HCG on December 31......I am feeling EXTREMELY Bloated and my pants are definently tighter! I don't know why I haven't had a period--any thoughts? I also have been working out 1.5-2 hours a day since I ended that portion,(which I was doing right before I started hcg-but I stopped during the hcg phase 2&3) and I am up a bit of weight but, it's hard to know if it's the working out...TOM.... or what? Any thoughts? Anyone else have a weight gain after p1 once they started including exercise?...and come on Aunt Flo....where are you!? I'm sick of being bloated! I am drinking my water up to 200 ounces a day because of my workouts-eating healthy....etc etc....anyone have any thought???

    i'd cut back on your water- that's huge amount, and your system might not be able to handle it. i would not drink more than 1/2 your weight in ounces.

    Would love to hear the update jillysjeans. I plan on working out again once I lose the weight but your story is scaring me a bit. Could you be pregnant?

    i havent had TOM visit me since feb i'm now on P3 day 14 and still no TOM..
    i dont know what is wrong...
