Does anyone have any ideas as to how to eliminate excess skin once weight loss has occurred? I can already tell that especially around my belly and hips I will have excess skin. Any way to tighten other than surgery?

From what I understood ( trust me I am no expert as i am still early in R1p2) because you are not touching your normal fats, your skin should maintain a good amount of its elasticity and tighten up on its own.

as my name implies, I have extra skin on my belly from my twin pregnancy. My doc says surgery is the only way to totally get rid of it. I'm not willing to risk surgery, so I've learned to live with it.

It tightens up in between rounds pretty well. Much better than you might imagine that it will.

Twinskin. I had twins and had no problems getting my skin back. I'm not the 6 pak abs that i was but it looks fairly decent for having twins and 3 others :) Good for you listening to you instead of going for surgery.

5 boys, oh you are a good woman. My twins were my first and my last. We tried and it was just not meant to be.

I have twin boys also! Well, they're not mine, officially yet. We're just waiting for a court date to adopt them! But I have 4 children that wreaked havoc on my body. Hoping the skin tightens up too!
